1. Implement corporate training programs
2. Manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
3. Develop curriculum of measurable culture building initiatives and create management and employee development training programs incorporating training best practices
4. Develop training schedules as needed
Requirements:
Gaming experience is preferred for this position
- university or college graduate in Training & Development, Hotel Management or related discipline with minimum 3-year managerial experience in training and development. Hotel pre-opening, Macau or PRC experiences are a definite advantage. Previous experience in gaming industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and able to prioritize competing demands.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Young and dynamic presence, excellent interpersonal, people management and communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese (fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage). |
