A vacancy for a Mechanical and Engineering Clerk of Works based in Gibraltar
This is a European real-estate investment and development group with the key objective to deliver sustainable above average returns. Responsibilities
The project that this person will be working on is a Multi Storey Car Park and Offices situated in Ocean Village , the role includes checking spanish contractors work who are undertaking the building work. This includes drainage, heating systems, plumbing (all mechanical work) Taking photographs.
Based on site .
Experience
You should be 30 yrs plus and have worked on large projects, Bi-lingual and typically worked to English Building Standards
Salary 25,000GBP - 30,000K
Mon – Friday 8 – 6 pm |
