Customer and Technical Support Professionals are part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between Stream and our customers. Working on behalf of our clients, the Customer Support Professionals will provide responsive and competent post-sales support for customers from important companies who need assistance with their products. Only limited knowledge of hardware industry is required.
You will be responsible for:
• Taking and entitling calls
• Controlling open incidents and starting escalation
• Diagnosing calls using knowledge tools
• Following on with customer request
• Dealing with complaining customers
• Handling time and material calls

| Skills Required: |
• Both Dutch speakers and non-Dutch speakers are welcome; we are looking for motivated people speaking English and one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Spanish, French or Italian (the more the merrier, of course)
• We have opportunities for starters as well as experienced professionals at various levels (ranging from support and sales professionals to team managers)
• (Some) experience in handling hardware or software problems and faults and/or giving technical advice to customers is desirable, but not necessary
• Customer service, call centre and sales professionals (even with little experience) are welcome to apply as well
• Ideally, you are familiar with documenting and reporting information into a database system
• Strong communicative skills and friendliness are what we are looking for
• You are able to work in a team
