This is an exciting opportunity for you to get a hold off. You will be a part of a large Global Team who will look to you as a key information resource for implementing such technologies in a Global Contact Centre environment.
The initial project will involve integrating voice and data over an MPLS network, PRI’s and TDM and integrating Avaya/Genesys infrastructure with Nortel/Symposium Infrastructure. The Telephony and solution will virtually be Greenfield as you drive the contact centre into a VOIP enabled contact centre.
You will have worked predominantly within a Nortel Contact Centre environment or as engineer to a reseller, and will therefore possess strong skills with Nortel PBX and Symposium Call Centre Technologies. The ability to successfully integrate data & voice technologies will be key to this newly created role.
You will be responsible for integrating the organisation with its customers with innovative voice and data solutions as well as being responsible for the ongoing technical management and configuration of the contact centre environment.
You will have experience with Change Management and Release Management practices and have a disciplined approach to such matters.
