Key Responsibilities
*Responsible for undertaking test execution at various levels.
*Participate in troubleshooting of product defects during the development cycle and raising bugs accordingly
* Input into developing test plans and specifications
* Understand product enhancements under development.
* Disciplined reporting, tracking, and resolution of product defects.
* Recommend enhancements to existing process and tools
* Involved in Test automation, ensuring that the scripts created are to a high standard maintained and executed regularly by the test team. |

Profile ;
The Test Engineer will be expected to contribute to the execution, design, and development of test tools, test plans and test suites and report defects in order to maintain and enhance product quality. Requirements - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
? Minimum 2 years experience in software testing
? Working knowledge of Development and test lifecycles
? Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
? Demonstrate ability to understand complex software functionality.
*Good Familiarity with Unix in particular Solaris and Linux
* Unix & Database scripting experience is required e.g. bash , SQL, perl, awk
* Knowledge of Mobile telecoms industry will be a big bonus.
