| Job Description: |
Our client is searching for a Systems Operator to monitor a range of servers and applications, and provide fault analysis and reporting using your well developed technical skills and knowledge.
Your main responsibilities as a Systems Operator will involve:
• Monitoring servers, applications and transaction processes
• Co-ordinating incidents, site and application issues
• Analysing and evaluating data
• Providing root cause analysis and reporting Interacting with technical teams, both local and remote
• Operating on a 24 hour shift rotation
Your skills and qualifications as a Systems Operator will ideally include:
• Proven experience in an internet or software environment
• Sound knowledge of web-based applications
• Project management or business analysis experience IT or technical support experience
• English language skills to a business standard
• Strong Microsoft Office application skills
Salary is circa £24k + benefits |
