Job Summary:
Responsible for the internal support to the IT department and the end-user community to include Oracle application software customization/modification, customized reporting needs, and third party software support/maintenance/upgrades.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide support for Oracle 11i applications software modules to include Financial, Manufacturing, and Distribution modules.
2. To perform the design and development of customized Oracle reports.
3. To perform the design and development of customized Oracle forms.
4. To provide on going support for the Oracle customized applications and reports.
5. To assist in the support of the third party software required to support the Oracle 11i ERP system, to include Planet Press (forms,fax,email) and Tandata Software upgrades.
6. To assist in the implementation and provide on going support of other Oracle tools, such as Oracle Discoverer Administration/Setup and Oracle Financial Analyzer.
7. To meet with end users to determine what their requirements are. Evaluates requirements on a stand alone basis or integrated with existing system. Makes recommendatations and develops methodology for implementation.
8. Other functions as required and assigned by the supervisor.

Skills Required:: |
1. Undergraduate Degree, Computer Science desired.
2. Minimum two (2) years experience of Oracle 11i programming experience including SQLPLUS, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports 6i preferred.
3. Knowledge in Oracle applications software – Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution
4. Analytical and detail oriented.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work effectively as a team member.
