Duties Include:
* Proactively identifying and minimizing issues/risks
* Developing project plans
* Ensuring tasks and resources are assigned and on track
* Monitoring progress
* Providing management and/or organizational updates
* Resolve project issues/problems using appropriate methodology (PMM, Six Sigma, etc.)
* Maintain direct ownership for large scale projects
* Drive task owners to task completion by specified deadlines
* Frequently assess the costs versus benefits associated with
options or opportunities incorporated into the project
* Act as a contributor / SME on cross-organizational projects

| Skills Required: |
* 5 years project management experience
* Certification in project management methodologies ideally ; PMBOK, PMI, CMMI, AQMS, and/or Six Sigma
* Successful project management experience managing medium-to-large scale projects
* Strong change management, organizational, and communication skills required.
* Demonstrated group facilitation skills and the ability to influence up and across the organization with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Proactively identify issues and initiate resolutions
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
