Long term contract,
Our client extracts crushes and sells raw materials for tiles bodies, mainly ball clays and kaolin.
Due to expansion in the Ukrain our client is looking for the future plant manager with strong process skills with 2/3 years industrial experience, ideally in ball clays or kaolin.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Short term: following the construction of the plant and following a company’s training period
- Mid term: being in charge of recruiting, developing and managing the workers who will work in the plant and processing the plant to homogenise and lift the kaolin with optimal legal, safety, performance and cost conditions
- Reporting functionally to the Europe Kaolin Industrial Manager and hierarchically to the Director
