Our client is a development stage biotech company in North Brunswick, NJ developing live vaccines based upon Listeria monocytogenes. The company bioengineers this microbe in ways that stimulate a therapeutic immune response to cancer, infectious diseases and allergy. The current area of focus is the treatment of cancer.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Lead oncology team
2) Work directly with the oncology inpatient staff to coordinate and collaborate on all cancer patient services
3) Oversee and direct all assigned functions
4) Execute all phases of clinical trials from site initiation visits to end of study site closing and database closure
5) Develop drugs and assess based upon the results
Job Requirements:
1) Oncology experience with immunology preferred
2) Clinical trial experience in all aspects of immunology and oncology trials
3) Knowledge of statistics, databases and trials design
4) Experience in negotiating trials and executing all phases of clinical trials from site initiation visits to end of study site closing and database closure
5) Experience in structuring single center, multicenter and investigator initiated trials
6) FDA experience (IND, BLA, NDA, reporting) (EMEA experience a plus)
7) Convivial personality and the ability to fit in with a dedicated and productive group in a small company environment
