| Job Description: |
Our client is a publicly traded biotechnology company headquartered in Colorado that focuses on the development and commercialization of various oncology therapeutics. Job Responsibilities
1) Lead to develop, implement and manage GXP quality and compliance systems and policies, including the timely development of QA processes and procedures
2) Manage the day-to-day activities of the QA Department and the quality systems (i.e. write, review and approve GXP documentation and business practices)
3) Provide QA oversight to contract manufacturers to ensure CGMP complaint clinical manufacturing and PAI readiness
4) Lead internal and external GMP audits, including the timely preparation of audit reports
5) Implement quality systems in a high growth, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment, including both development-stage and commercial products
Job Requirements:
1) BS in Chemistry, Biology or a related field
2) 10 years of experience in quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
3) Experience in FDA & EMEA regulatory inspections
4) Experience in all aspects of quality management (including GMPs, GCPs and GLPs)
5) Broad knowledge of quality regulations and practices
6) Experience in implementing quality practices while developing positive, collaborative relationships with other operating units/departments
