My client one of the major organisations in the global funds industry, due to constant growth our client based in Dublin City Centre is currently looking to recruit a experienced Trustee Specialist .This role will be ideal for an individual to join an organisation with strong plans for progression in the fund services that will offer fantastic career.
The Role:
Assures compliance with various compliance programs. Detects and advises management
of potential compliance problems and recommends procedural changes. Researches and develops solutions for issues being addressed by the department. Interprets and clarifies regulations in order to respond to inquiries and requests for information.
Responsibility:
• Monitors and reviews procedures and practices
of partners to assure compliance with applicable
federal and state regulatory requirements and
adherence to internal policies.
• Detects and advises management of potential
compliance problems and may recommend changes
and/or enhancements to improve efficiencies in procedures.
• Reviews documentation and procedures to assure
compliance. Contributes to development of policies,
procedures, and business practices in support of
various compliance programs.
• Researches and develops analytical reports and
solutions for issues being addressed by the department.
• Participates in training partners and delivering
communications on applicable compliance regulations.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries and requests
for information to clarify regulatory requirements. May
recommend appropriate procedural changes.
• Attends seminars to maintain up-to-date knowledge
of new issues and regulatory developments.
Skills & Experience
• 5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of regulations and laws, usually acquired through formal education or experience is required to review compliance procedures and policies in order to monitor compliance
• Excellent analytical and communication skills required
• Time management and organizations skills
