| Job Description: |
Due to increased market success, our Client, an IT Services Provider is currently looking to expand. They are looking to recruit 3 x A+ Professionals to join their Helpdesk and Desktop Support teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills.
Duties Include:
- Maintaining contact with internal and external customers via phone and email
- Dealing with a variety of customer situations simultaneously
- Working in a fast paced Environment
- Using initiative and judgement to escalate urgent issues to the Helpdesk Manager
- Taking responsibility for end of day reporting
- Ensuring resolution for issues logged and communicated back to the business or external customer

Skills Required:: |
1 - 2 years helpdesk or customer service experience
Excellent Telephone Skills
Proven Proficiency with Remote Desktop
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of PC applications
