Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Know correct standards, procedures and techniques of service.
2. Know about daily set lunch/dinner and special promotions for food and beverage.
3. Well verse with the menu to ensure good salemanship.
4. Practise correct and established courtesy.
5. Taking orders and serving it correctly.
6. Must understand the coordination between the kitchen and the outlets.
7. Assist guest with chairs when arriving and leaving.
8. Checking tables to ensure maximum cleanliness and to provide comfort by making sure that they are not over dress with accessories.
9. Maintain clean table as soon as guest leave and resetting it.
10. Busing soiled items to the washing areas.
11. To complete all side duties as assigned.
12. Attend all training, meetings and briefings as required.
