| Job Description: |
This leading non-profit Organisation is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a permanent role based in Qatar.
In this role you will be responsible for a range of routine maintenance and repair work, both skilled, and semi-skilled as well as monitoring and directing staff and contractors. This will include maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, minor building electrical problems and basic carpentry etc.
Other duties will include fixing of leaking fixtures, unclogging drains, and installing water coolers as well as performing basic repair of minor building electrical problems, such as tubes, fixtures, switches, and outlets.
You will also clean and maintain cabins and other buildings as directed, to include basic carpentry and painting.
To apply for the role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience with good Plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair skills.
You will also have the ability to troubleshoot and repair minor electrical problems, and to perform routine, minor electrical installations as well as having basic carpentry and painting skills.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary between $28,000 USD - $33,000 USD per annum TAX FREE plus FREE fully furnished accommodation, transportation allowance, annual flights, relocation and family benefits if applicable.
