They require a highly competent and ambitious Senior Engineer to become the Company Director in Australia focusing on planning for walking, cycling, public transport, transport strategy development and travel behaviour change.
Role
Responsible for the Australian offices and will take a leading role in the development of the operation into Land Development and Environmental Services.
Develop major new projects and have overall accountability for strategically driving the company forward.
Other aspects of the role will include:
Operational, financial and marketing aspects
Client liaison and business development
Performance management and development of all personnel
Empowering employees to be motivated and committed to achieving the corporate objectives of the business.
Current Experience will demonstrate
Excellent commercial acumen
A track record in business development particularly in the fields of Land Development and Environmental Services
Success developing long term, productive relationships with new clients and professionals
IClient liaison and business development
Outstanding planning and organisational skills
Expertise managing multi disciplinary teams
Extensive environmental, transport and infrastructure experience particularly for master planning developments involving sustainable solutions
Experience of providing high level regeneration and sustainable development advice to major clients
A degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate Engineering, Transport, Environmental or Planning discipline is essencial and will have Chartered or equivalent professional membership
Written and verbal English skills must be excellent and
Must be prepared to travel on an International basis
