We have an exciting new opportunity for a CCNA (ideally continuing to study for CCNP) to join our clients Financial team in New York City. Our client provides Pensions and Financial products worldwide. The Cisco Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the connectivity infrastructure between our clients data centres world wide. The successful candidate will also be responsible for 2nd-3rd line support, and will form part of a 24/7 * 365 on call support team.

Skills Required:: |
- Will have hands-on knowledge of configuration and maintenance of Cisco devices
- Will be familiar with Web Hosting
- Experience of MPLS, frame-relay and VPN
- Knowledge of Routing protocols
- Experience in Cisco, pix, asa and fwsm firewalls
- Load balancing experience
- Sun Solaris Administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
