The au pairs are expected to help in taking care of children,enjoying spending time and interacting with them,able to take initiative in keeping things organized and neat, giving a hand with the everyday household chores. The host family will do her best for the au pair to be happy and have a pleasant stay in Italy.
The agency supports the au pair whenever she needs help. No agency fee to applicants.

It is not necessary to be qualified to work as an au pair. But it is important to have experience with children as the host families need to trust the girls who handle their little loved ones.The au pair must be aware that she will be homesick, so she has to wish strongly living this experience, as at the beginning it might be hard.The au pair has to be mature enaugh to adjust with the new habits and ways of life, very different from hers, without feeling shocked by the cultural change. |
