Now is an exciting time for an innovative thinking Digital Creative Lead to join one of the world’s leading online gaming company. As Digital Creative Lead you will be responsible for the all digital output, setting the tone, pace and style. With a high level of knowledge, experience and creative innovation, you will match the increasing stature and demands of the companies’ brands.
Your main responsibilities as Digital Creative Lead will involve:
• Ensuring all work is on brand and in-line with the business strategy, signing off all digital output
• Working closely with other departments and key business owners to ensure work is done well, and that work is delivered to the expectations of those who have asked for it
• Ensuring all work fulfils the brief, and the task for which it is required
• Brand creation and implementation - being able to bring brands to life on digital platforms
• In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, platforms and channels of delivery
• Applying creative thinking to everyday brands
• Leading and motivating a small but growing team of digital designers, including day-to-day briefings and organising work as well as annual appraisals and career progression
Your skills and qualifications as Digital Creative Lead will ideally include:
• Significant experience in an Integrated Advertising or Digital agency
• Advanced Software skills in mainstream applications: Photoshop / Illustrator / Flash / Office
• The ability to quickly understand business needs, translating that into brand values, characteristics and propositions
• Skills and experience in delivering truly creative and convincing solutions to business owners
• Consistently aware of the commercial implications of each project and quickly offering solutions that fit budgets
• Degree educated or equivalent in Digital Design / Art / Digital Advertising / Communications
