• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Candidates applying for the position would have at least 5 years experience of which the last 3 years would be in a supervisory position, preferably in the BPO industry. He/she would have excellent communication skills, high energy levels and manage teams of 15 -20 members. Experience in a technical support or customer service environment is essential.
