Position Title: Business Architect – North America
Location: North America
Description: The incumbent will provide leadership and creativity in the development and implementation of Enterprise Security engagements in the financial services industry. Designs solutions that enable the enterprise-wide security and protection of customers, employees, facilities and assets of a financial institution, including the development and implementation of proactive programs, reactive policies and procedures. Works with the client, technology partner and project team to plan, develop, organize, monitor and deliver projects.
Responsibilities:
· Ensures that the business requirements and enabling tooling is efficiently and effectively implemented
· Assumes a subject matter expert role in the pre-sales, sales and delivery process
· Contributes thought leadership both internally and externally in the financial services domain
· Assumes proactive and direct role for developing and cultivating new and add-on engagements
· Manages performance of internal personnel and external service providers/sub-contractors
· Participates in security consulting and implementation engagements
Qualifications:
1. At least fifteen (15) years of experience in the definition, sale, and delivery of IT services and solutions
2. Experience serving as an IT Enterprise Security solutions expert in the financial services sector for the last three (3) years
3. Led sale of an IT Enterprise Security engagement in the financial services sector with a contract value exceeding $10 million
4. Led design and implementation of IT Enterprise Security solution across a financial services enterprise
5. In-depth experience in one or more of the following: Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, Biometrics, Smart cards, and Identity management
