Position Title: Director Business Excellence
Location: Blue Bell, Pa
Reports To: Head Of Change Management Office (cmo)
Description: Reporting to the head of the Change Management Office (CMO) within the Corporate Strategy organization, this position will help lead (along with a senior leader from an associated internal organization) growth initiatives that the CMO is currently undertaking. These initiatives are cross-BU in nature and involve significant analysis of financial and operational data.
Responsibilities:
· Help lead (along with a senior leader from an associated internal organization) specific cost reduction and growth initiatives that the CMO is currently undertaking to improve the cost position and drive future growth
· Interface with senior executives across all business units and functional groups to both execute initiatives and communicate the results to the Executive Committee
· Responsible for performing the analytical tasks associated with successful completion of these initiatives. Examples of these analyses include:
O Detailed study of the productivity of each sales resource correlated to the size of account and composition of business sold to that account
O Specific assessment of the cost structure associated with doing business in each country across the globe and a determination of the key levers toward getting that cost structure in better alignment with the size of the revenue opportunity in that country
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
2. Recent relevant experience with a leading strategic consulting firm
3. Program and Project management experience
4. Experience in interacting and presenting to senior level executives

1. Masters degree from a renowned business school
2. Experience in a Corporate Strategy function of a Fortune 500 Company
