Position Title: Earned Value Master Scheduler
Location: Reston, Va
Reports To: Manager, Business Excellence
Description: The incumbent will work at the Project Support Office as an Earned Value Scheduler, and will provide data driven analysis of business processes and help implement improvements in the customer focus, efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of these processes.
Responsibilities:
· Champion awareness training and implement business processes within organizations
· Provide expertise in external standards and validations (i.E. EVMS)
· Provides comprehensive services and solve complex problems
· Review and finalize project WBS, OBS, RBS, etc. In the setup of new projects as well as the review of cost and schedule performance data from ongoing projects
· Preparation, review and finalization of integrated master schedules and assisiting in the set up of new projects with the EVMS tools
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in a wide range of improvement tools including statistics
2. Experience in performing business trend analysis in federal client environment
3. Extensive knowledge on Primavera Project Manager, Primavera Cost Manager, Cobra, Winsight Tools, Microsoft Office Project, Micro frame Program Manager (MPM), Artemis or Deltek Open Plan
4. Knowledge of EV measurment techniques, resource loading/leveling, critical path scheduling method, general schedule management, disciplined change control practices and what-if analysis
