Position Title: It Manager

Reports To: Regional It Manager
Description: The incumbent will be responsible for utilizing his/her skills to provide assistance to the operations team in resolving technical problems within the Fulfillment Center that cover a multitude of technical disciplines.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate training, manage resources, and direct the efforts of a small group of staffs in a 24x7 shop. These efforts include coordination of trouble tickets, project distribution, scheduling of technicians work week, meeting with customers and upper operations management and representing FC site in team and availability meetings
· Support and troubleshoot Linux, Unix, Windows XP Pro, TCP/IP, telnet, web browsers, and PC applications
· Coordinate with corporate-based support groups to implement global IT changes
· Escalate problems for any technical support needed for resolution of problems
· Develop clear, concise documentation to lower the possibility of a repeat problem
· Develop the skills needed to support specific Fulfillment Center Automated Systems
Qualifications:
1. BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
2. Strong management experience
3. Experience in the following disciplines: Linux/Unix Systems Administration, Windows Server Administration, Networking, Telecom, Help Desk/Technical Support, or Data Cabling/Computer Facilities

1. Flexibility and customer service focus as well as a demonstrable technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
2. Experience in procurement, Inventory and Asset Management of IT equipment
