design briefing / presentation.
familiarization with the project, its location, historic and cultural influences having impact upon the project.
contract documentation
supervise the preparation of working drawings, details, and specifications suitable for the project.
review of contractors bid, shop drawings, product samples, construction methodology, and negotiations for claims on additional and deductive job orders.
asses the proper technique of assembling materials and components, and selecting the best construction technology for a given project.
implementation of the construction process which would include proper scheduling and the controlled flow of materials and equipment to the project site.
control over labor productivity and promoting a harmonious working environment.
monitor and control cost, cash flow and project funding.
ensure that all applicable occupational safety practices are exhausted in the work place.
represents the firm in client and site coordination meetings.
in-charge of design presentations and project studies for prospective clients. In-charge of negotiating bid proposals and change orders in behalf of client. Contributed in the professional development of contractors.
responsible for management of all aspects of operations to meet handover. Managed, organized and co-ordinated staff, employees, sub-contractors, schedules, material requisitions and other relevant project requisites.
