Sales and Customer Service:
1-Greeting the customer
2-Selling the sunglasses, frames, contact lenses, and the solutions
3-Taking the orders and sending them to the workshop
4-Maintaining good relationships with the customers
5-Solving any problems faced by the customer in regards to goods and services offered
6-Making sure that all the customers leave the branches happy and satisfied
Filing:
7-Opening the customer file
8-Filing the customer files and keeping them organized
Stock Management:
9-Maintaining the stocks count everyday and making sure that the stock count is correct.
10-Keeping track of the stock movement
Branch Management:
11-Maintaining the cleanliness of the branch; the frames, the workplace, brushing the floor…etc.
12-Changing the branch's decoration and updating it regularly
13-Supplying monthly reports to the operations manager
