Sales and Customer Service:
1-Greeting the customer
2-Selling the sunglasses, frames, contact lenses, and the solutions
3-Filling out the orders and sending them to the workshop
4-Maintaining good relationships with the customers
5-Solving any problems faced by the customer in regards to goods and services offered
6-Making sure that all the customers leave the branches happy and satisfied
7-Filling out the order form with the
Stock Management:
8-Maintaining the stocks count (contact lenses) everyday and making sure that the stock count is correct.
10-Keeping track of the stock movement (contact lenses)
Examination Room:
11-Making sure that the examination room is clean at ALL times
12-Making sure that there are the expiry dates on EACH trial contact lens
13-Maintaining the auto refractor and the lens meter and all the equipment used in the examination room
