Dwcription Of Position:
**lead the development of creative concepts that speak to the client's and end user's goals by facilitating brainstorming sessions.
**Assist VP of Architectural Design to ensure creative concepts delivered to clients are in line with client's expectations and the target demographic. Extract creative thoughts and ideas from internal and client teams.
**Assist in the generation of a unique conceptual design direction in collaboration with the VP of Architecture and supporting design team.
**Coordinate with VP of Architectural Design and Project Manager/Architect ensuring programmatic, functional, technical and financial feasibility of conceptual design.
**Lead the management and utilization of project design team and external consultants.
**Participate in client meetings and present creative concepts to clients on behalf of the design team. Note general information required to establish type, expectations, and scope of work/criteria for the intended project.
**Research and utilize innovative design and creative concepts.
**Conduct project charretts involving the entire garage team in a project's design process.
**Initiate and lead research and development efforts
**Contribute new sources of creative inspiration to the design team on the whole
**Mentor junior team members
**Any other services, acts or things necessary or advisable to manage and conduct the business of the Company
**Other duties may be assigned, if deemed necessary, by the Company.

Skills Required:: |
***Experience and ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously for numerous projects
***Team Management Skills for the generation of unique conceptual designs
***Ability to initiate and promote sophisticated contemporary creativity.
***Ability to initiate and manage the research and development efforts of the garage.
***5 years experience as an Architectural Designer
***B.S. In Architecture from an Accredited University
***Proficiency with AutoCAD and other related programs
Desired Skills:
**M.S. In Architecture
**10+ Years as a Sr. Level Architect
***Heavy focus on Creative Design rather than project management or structural issues
***Familiarity with 3D Studio Max
