We are searching for a Casino Technical Owner who will be responsible for the coordination of all Casino Platform product support. This includes the detail analysis of problems and submission for change to the development outsource group, development of technical specifications for enhancements to be completed by approved outsource development partners.
The Casino Technical Owner will play a key role in ensuring a very high level of reliability is maintained within the Casino Platform. This includes communication with IT Operations staff and Casino Platform development resources to ensure problems are identified quickly and resolutions are developed, tested and implemented. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing of new releases with the relevant business staff representatives and IT Operations in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards.
