| Job Description: |
Duncan & Miller Design is currently seeking Senior Level Interior Designers to come and lead teams of dynamic and creative designers.
This position will draw and prepare presentation material, select fabrics for presentations and reselections, research and select furniture and lighting cut/tear sheets, lead a team of Jr. Designers by example, finalize material boards for presentations, train, mentor and play a key partner with Jr. team members development, monitor Jr. level space plans and red line for accuracy and functionality and Create and monitor visual aids for clients. This position will also provide excellent customer service with outside clients and/or client contacts, develop and prepare client budget, review cut sheets and quotes book for specification writing and redline and approve FF&E specifications for projects.
Successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree
NDICQ license required
LEED certification a plus
Requires 7 to 10 years of solid experience
This position requires moderate travel up to 30% and is located in the Shanghai China Office as well as our Dallas Texas Office.
Hospitality design background a plus!
