| Job Description: |
To manage and control overall IT systems and operations
1) IT Infrastructure Management: The IT Infrastructure support (WAN, LAN, Desktop, Net/w Eqpmt, and IT Help Desk) has presently been outsourced to an external service provider. The IT Manager will need to put in place SLAs to monitor and manage these services.
2) IT Applications, and Axapta (ERP) first level support:
• The company is looking forward to implement a new version of the ERP early next year. The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in this implementation, where localization of the software is a major activity.
• Expected to know & support users on accounting & localization (functional level)
• Monitoring & controlling user issues & basic training requirements.
3) IT cost control:
• Budgeting & cost monitoring
• Reporting local costs to Global IT
4) IT purchases:
• Organize IT hardware, software purchases as per user needs
Reporting: The IT Manager will report to Head - IT
Reportees will include: 2 Executives - one each for IT Infrastructure Support and IT Application Support.

| Skills Required: |
• Graduate, or BE in IT / Computer Science
• Experience of between 5 to 7 years in IT department of an organization.
• Experience in handling ERP support operation. Participation in ERP implementation project will be preferred
• Experience in handling development assignments of India localization requirements in ERP will be preferred
• Experience in handling outsourced IT services
