| Job Description: |
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Processing all accounts payable (AP) invoices for the Benelux region (Holland and Belgium) and also all Apple Sales International Benelux invoices.
· Checking and processing all Benelux travel expense claims through eApproval system.
· Ensuring all AP interfaces from eApproval to SAP are working correctly.
· Preparing weekly payment runs.
· Dealing with all vendor queries and queries from the local Apple sites.
· Completing monthly AP reconciliations.
· Ensuring Benelux AP function complies with Internal Control procedures.
· Ad-hoc project work.
· To support the SSC team in other accounting activities as required.
· Working as part of a large Accounts Payable Team

| Skills Required: |
Educational Requirements
Minimum: Leaving Certificate examination (or equivalent) with Maths and Accounting or Business Studies.
Fluent Dutch essential, other Benelux languages advantage.
Desired: Qualified Accounting Technician or studying for similar qualification
