A Large Investment Bank has asked me to search for their:
"VP Finance & Accounting"
Salary = About 25-35 Million Yen Package (more for right
person)
This is the #2 position for Accounting and Finance and will replace the current CFO, in about 2 years, when he moves further up in the company.
Will be responsible for All Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Reporting & Product Control.

| Skills Required: |
Must have Accounting & Product Control Knowledge (IBG Controller, Product Control, Financial Control, Legal Entities), Product knowledge (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Structured Products, etc).
Must have Japanese Accounting/Regulatory Background.
Must be fluent in Japanese (read, write, speak), but not
necessarily a Japanese National. |
