My client is one of the most prestigious worlds leading financial institutions with unique work / Life balance culture. Due to extensive expansion plans they are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable individual with a Transfer Agency background to join a dynamic, creative and forward-thinking organisation to build a career within the Funds Industry.
Reporting to the Functional Training Manager for Transfer Agency, you will provide training and coaching for all administrative tasks performed within the department to build the knowledge and skills of Northern Trusts operational teams. Working in partnership with departmental stakeholders you will provide training needs analysis, develop training solutions, design training programmes, deliver training modules, provide ongoing coaching and provide training evaluation to enhance future learning activities.
Responsibilities will include:
Consult with management, performance consultants and subject matter experts to understand desired outcomes and translate them into learning and organisation development objectives.
Identify performance gaps and recommend training solutions
Create training materials (presentations, course guides) using appropriate tools, to meet the needs & learning styles of individuals and the departmental objective.
Design training programmes in collaboration with functional training professionals and subject matter experts
Deliver training sessions and effectively present new information, so that learning can be transferred into the workplace
Conduct evaluation of training interventions by the use of measuring tools and MIS.
Maintain departmental training records to improve efficiencies and meet the requirements of our regulators
Provide coaching and training as and when required; using industry best practice which supports the group, culture, change and strategy of Transfer Agency

| Skills Required: |
The successful candidate will have:
2-3yrs experience in Transfer Agency
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels written & verbal
Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals and business stakeholders
Ability to motivate & instill confidence in learners
Ability to enhance learning for trainees, by demonstrating enthusiasm, supportiveness, understanding, adaptability & tactfulness
Knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment
Working knowledge of CUTAS, Lotus, Excel & Word
Willingness to learn new skills
Self motivated & ability to work to set deadlines
Analytical & creative skills to provide learning solutions
Attention to detail and strong accuracy
Ability to plan & multi-task
