1)Lead the recruiting and sales efforts of the branch;
2)Hire and train sales force; Overall branch management;
3)Create employee and client retention strategies;
4)Sort resumes and recruit candidates via the internet (Careerbuilder), newspaper, etc;
5)Recruit for positions ranging from light labor and administrative / clerical support to
6)candidates with polygraph clearances; positions include but not limited to Executive
Secretaries, Distribution Managers, Operations Managers
7)Recruit and screen candidates through a five part screening process;
8)Provide strategic guidance and consultation to employees;
9)Negotiate salaries with employees and negotiate bill rates with clients;
10)Create contracts and service agreements
11)Review and approve external contracts such as teaming agreements;
