Our client is searching for a Customer Services Team Leader whose main responsibilities will involve:
Liaising with various teams in Gibraltar, India and Bulgaria to resolve customer queries and complaints
Identifying and escalating problems affecting players
Producing management reports
Preparing staff rotas, reporting staff absences and keeping accurate records
Providing quality and performance feedback to associates, coaching where necessary
Preparing KPI’s to be approved by management
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Previous experience in a blended media customer service environment
Good knowledge of both online and brick-and-mortar poker essential
Basic knowledge of online money processing
Good Windows and Microsoft Office skills
Coaching skills desirable
