Provides heavy duty cleaning, general maintenance and minor repairs of guest rooms to maintain the Company standards. Must have a basic knowledge of engineering building maintenance skills. Duties include, but not limited to, shampooing carpets, cleaning vents, edge vacuuming, cleaning windows, flipping mattresses, changing filters, minor repairs and furniture touchup. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
