| Job Description: |
Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent’s primary responsibility would be to plan, design and implement a strategic development plan that will result in optimum revenue generation for the company’s business investments. This senior role would be an important part of the organization's growth strategy by helping to develop the company’s fixed assets and mixed use developments and properties (land, infrastructure and buildings) into financially successful ventures. He/ she will cultivate and spearhead fundraising programs and activities to meet the short and long term financial goals of the organization. He/ she will provide technical and financial expertise, and introduce international best practices in the concept, design, development, planning, monitoring and tracking of construction and development of lands as provided in the Master Plan.

| Skills Required: |
The incumbent should demonstrate in depth knowledge in all aspects of the business particularly demonstrating proficiency in improving profitability through the introduction of cost cutting measures. He/ she should have a proven track record of at least 15 years of successfully handling mega projects. Excellent technical knowledge, the ability to convince, plan and forecast business trends along with being adept in resource management and cost projections are the key requirements for this post. A Masters degree in Engineering and/ or an MBA from an international reputed university is a must.
