My Client is establishing itself as a leading small to medium size business banking provider in Ireland as a subsidiary of one of the world’s leading sustainability-oriented banks. Committed to providing learning and development opportunities and providing their employees with the skills to realise their full potential, they are currently looking for an experienced customer service representative who seek to gain exposure to a board area of business banking.
Role Responsibilities
• Provide Customer Service through 1st time query resolution from all channels to support the banking operations of ACC Bank.
• Take ownership of queries/request, investigating and ensuring resolution with the specific timeframes, maintaining agreed service levels, KPI’s and first-time resolution.
• Escalation of any issues that impact on Customer Service.
• Identify trends in customer queries to improve FAQ’s and knowledge Library.
• Follow procedures of Customer Service Centre Process Maps.
• Liasing with Business Unit Staff throughout the country.
• Take ownership for enhancing all aspects of customer service and ongoing business process improvements.
• Personal ownership for providing customer service excellence.
• Quality focus with attention to detail.
• Work towards, and be part of the team commitment to delivering service excellence.
Each team member will have personal responsibility for their share of ensuring an excellent team dynamic both within their own team, and across the other service teams within the Bank.
Other tasks that the Manager or Team Leader deems appropriate to the position.

| Skills Required: |
The Successful Candidate will have:
• Min 1 year’s customer service / call centre experience in a financial services environment.
• Relevant Certificate / Diploma in Banking or currently studying for a Certificate / Diploma in Banking.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and excellent keyboard skills
• Strong Customer focus.
• Ability to work co-operatively and productively with colleagues across the bank to achieve business objectives through sharing information and developing a sense of common purpose.
