Cisco Unified Communication
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication products and solutions.
- Min. 2 years hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communication solutions (CallManager, Voice Gateways, Unity, IPCC…)
- Experience in designing, implementing and supporting (troubleshooting) Cisco Unified Communications solutions and products
- In depth knowledge of the different IPTel technologies (standards and protocols) and Cisco Unified Communications products & solutions
- Cisco Unified Communications certificate owner is a plus
o Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP)
o Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialist
2. Cisco Routing & Switching
- In depth knowledge of routing & switching technologies (standards, protocols etc…) and Cisco Routing & Switching products and solutions
- Experience in designing, implementing and supporting (troubleshooting) Cisco routers & switches solutions and products.
