As a Flash developer, you will be responsible for developing visually and functionally compelling Flash animations that simultaneously meet design and business objectives :
- Manage, optimize and integrate various assets (information, images, animations, creative concepts and videos) to achieve desired objective
- Develop creative and visually eye-catching animations
- Implement user interface and navigation
- Connect to back-end data via middleware or static data such as XML
- Create and implement games and other various applications
Desired profile :
- Must be passionnate and self-motivated with the aim to be a visible leader in problem solving in all areas of multimedia solutions
- Excellent communication skills in all areas of progress / task reporting
- Aptitude to learn quickly and work well within a team environment
- Bachelor of IT-Software (from University or College).
- Vietnamese citizen

Skills Required:: |
- Min 1-2 years experience working as a Flash developer on the agency and/or client side
- Experience developing Flash for delivery as small components within Web sites and as larger standalone entities (e.G., games or applications)
- Strong graphic design sensibility that supports complex design implementations and the creation of visually compelling animations
- Ability to clearly articulate the opportunities and constraints associated with a given animation project during requirements gathering and the conceptual phases of design
- Ability to address the key issues associated with deploying Flash content on the Web (e.G., search engine optimization, printability, accessibility)
- Fluency with ActionScript 2.0 and object-oriented programming methodologies
- Fluency with both timeline-based and ActionScript programming animation (object movement, object collision…)
- Fluency with both raster and vector-based image editing applications (e.G., Adobe Photosop and Illustrator) and ability to optimize graphics for use within Flash animations
- Experience using XML and relational databases (e.G., MySQL) with Flash
- Ability to integrate video and audio content with Flash, and knowledge of the associated challenges and issues
- Ability to bridge Flash and HTML using JavaScript or other technologies
- Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.G., PHP) and how they can be used with Flash to deliver dynamic content
- Experience with core Web service technologies and Flash (e.G., SOAP, XML-RPC)
- Familiarity with Flash Remoting is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with other timeline-based animation tools (e.G., AfterEffects) is a plus
- Familiarity with ActionScript 3.0 is a plus
- Experience developing Flex2 applications and working in the Flex authoring environment is a plus
- Experience with video authoring tools (e.G., Final Cut Pro) is a plus
- Familiarity deploying Flash in non-web environments (e.G., on mobile devices, Tablet PCs) is a plus
- Fluent English and/or French in technical Reading & Writing, good in listening & speaking |
