| Job Description: |
Coordinating and responsible for preparing all tax returns which include – individual (non resident and US citizens living abroad), corporate (domestic & foreign), trusts, estates, partnerships, nonprofit organizations, Texas franchise. Preparation of information returns which include 1099’s, Form 1042 & 1042S – Nonresident income withholding, Form 8288 – Nonresident withholding on real estate dispositions, Form 8804 & 8805 – Partnership withholding, various state’s personal property tax reports. Responsible for keeping tax calendar current.
Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills/knowledge: requires accounting degree plus CPA or planning to sit for CPA exam. Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Excel and Word software. Experience with tax software, ProSystem FX, is a plus.
