Registered Architect Required Urgently
Commercial and Industrial Projects
Paying up to $100k for the right candidate
Our client first set up in 1988, initially to act as consultants to larger architectural practices. The practice soon gained recognition for delivering sympathetic solutions to complicated schemes. As a small but very busy practice our client is keen to give staff the opportunity to further develop their experience and skills within the practice so the opportunity for promotion within the practice is always available for successful candidates.
Good communication skills and a deep understanding of the clients’ requirements have led to our client being responsible for large scale projects in a very short period of time. A large percentage of the projects covered by this practice are in the Industrial and Commercial sectors and range in size from $10M - $300million.
Due to ongoing growth our client is currently recruiting for a Registered Architect to join their offices in Sydney. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and have previous Australian experience. You must have strong design and technical skills with previous job running ability.
Successful applicants will be very ambitious with a high level of design flair and have excellent communication skills. Our client is mainly working on Retail, Residential and leisure projects so previous experience in at least one sector would be an advantage. A very attractive remuneration package can be offered alongside excellent benefits.
