Jobs Description:
Analyze, determine and specify the structural requirements.
Design safe and economical structures & review designs of the structural components.
Identify and write specifications for the structural aspects.
Produce, organize and coordinate the production of structural analyses reports and specifications.
Perform finite element analysis on critical structural components and apply the results to the design.
Calculate and determine corrosion control requirements on major projects.
Identify and specify materials and welding standards necessary for safe and efficient fabrication and construction.
Recommend and follow all quality assurances and safety factors/requirements applicable to the design of structures.
Perform structural engineering in conformance with all applicable and relevant legislation, standards and codes.

Skills Required:: |
University degree in a relevant engineering discipline,
2 years experience in engineering/construction industry.
