Our client is searching for a Linux System Administrator whose main responsibilities will involve:
• Performance and kernel tuning of Linux systems
• Monitoring, reporting and summarising key performance indicators
• Performing high availability and storage clustering using Red Hat Cluster Suite, GFS and LVS
• Ensuring Linux security implementation and maintenance (eg. Kerberos, Reverse Proxy, etc.)
Your skills and qualifications for Linux System Administrator will ideally include:
• Degree level or equivalent experience
• RHCE qualification or equivalent
• Substantial industry experience administering and maintaining Linux servers in a high availability environment
• VMware Infrastructure and Cisco Networking knowledge is desirable
Salary is dependant on experience
