| Job Description: |
Our client is seeking for Senior Process Engineers and Process Engineers for project opportunities in Brunei. All nationalities are welcomed to apply.
Term : Contract ( 1Year)
Key Deliverables:
• Process Calculations
- Heat and material balance
- Pressure drop calculations for compressible and incompressible flow
- Steady state simulation using HYSYS and PIPESIM
- Depressuirng calculations using HYSYS
- Two phase separator sizing
• Preparation of the following Engineering Documents:
- Basis of Design
- Control and operating philosophy for the separators, pumps, pipelines, production tanks, filters, etc.
- Process specification for the pumps, compressors, separators, tanks, filters, relief valves, control valves, instruments, etc.
- Safeguarding memorandum
- Commissioning manual
- Operating instructions / manual
- HAZOP report and the HAZOP closeout report
- Design review report and Design review closeout report
- Flare and blowdown philosophy
• Preparation of the following Engineering Drawings:
- Process flow diagrams
- P & IDs
- Process flow safeguarding schemes
• Review of the interdisciplinary drawings and documents:
- Plot plans and general arrangement drawings
- Isometrics
- Cause and Effect Diagrams
- Input to the instrumentation specifications
• Review of the vendor drawings
• Coordinate with the team members and the other disciplines
• Attend client meetings to understand the scope. Visit sites /operating units to collect the necessary data required for equipment sizing
• Clarify the site and the commissioning queries

| Skills Required: |
Senior Process Engineer
- Recognized Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant practical design experience in the oil and gas industry
- Member of a recognized institution is an advantage
Process Engineer
- Recognized Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant practical design experience in the oil and gas industry
- Member of a recognized institution is an advantage |
