| Job Description: |
- To provide outstanding customer service
- Perform remote diagnostics tasks
- Diagnose and resolve problems if Level 2 unable to do so
- Document the calls and communicate back to client in a clear concise manner
- Create and design new systems with new technologies
- Evaluate and learn new technologies as instructed by the TSM
- Receive escalation from Level 2 support
- Keep up to date and participate in Idealogical training as required.
- Communicate with clients and the progress of calls
- Perform Remote assistance if necessary

| Skills Required: |
• EXCELLENT Written And Verbal (Clear United Stated English Accent) Speaking Communication Skills.
- MCP in Windows XP/Vista
- MCSE + Internet Windows 2003 including Exchange 2003
-MCDBA 2003
- SBS Specialist
-Network +, A+, Security +, Vendor specific training
- 6 - 8 Years experience in the industry preferred
-Basic Office 2003/2007 Understanding
- Good communicator with excellent Phone manner
-Exceptional problem solving and leadership skills
- Thirst for Knowledge and learning
-SharePoint Technologies
- Setting up system and network architecture
- Designing Imaging and efficiency processes
- Hardware mainly server technology
- Design of WAN technologies and associated routing and security
- VPN technologies
- Ability to read logs and even viewer and diagnose advanced level problems
- Understanding of the Idealogical Priority escalation process
- Intimate knowledge and troubleshooting ability and advanced disaster recovery with SBS 2003 and related technologies and features
- Technet
- Advanced understanding of DNS and movement of MX and A records
- Active directory and Group Policy application and design
- Backup exec design, setup and configuration
- Sophos / Symantec AV design, setup and configuration
