Receptionist / Administrator
Responsibilities:
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Egg Story
Main Activities
Attending to postages and courier
Attending to all incoming and outgoinh mails
Provide admin supoort to the organisation
Maintain the general filing system
Cover the secretarial duties
Maintaining office supplies (stationary & pantry replenishment)
Respond to public inquiries
Maintains confidentiality of organization and personnel related information.
Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of any activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor. |
Skills Required:: |
Qualifications:
Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' level, Diploma holders are also welcome with at least 1-2+ years relevant secretarial/administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to mulit-task and a good team player
Meticulous with strong organizational, people and adminstration skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Substantive knowledge of animation industry trends is an asset.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
