| Job Description: |
This would involve being part of and supporting the consulting teams in terms of creating and managing their documentation.
This implies, capturing knowledge created in workshops and meetings, translating them into Design Notes / Reports / etc., using templates to create the documents including model diagrams, designing and packaging the knowledge products for publishing / giving to clients.
This role would also require a systematic approach to tracking and managing the documentation created.
Responsibility to team goals and client deadlines. |
| Skills Required: |
(i) Document creation, composition, design - using templates.
(ii) Creating model diagrams.
(iii) Using audio and video recordings as inputs to create knowledge products - transcribing pieces where necessary, cutting and using audio inserts where necessary.
(iv) Tracking and managing documentation.
(v) Knowledge of DTP software such as Microsoft Office, Visio (or any similar), etc. |
