| Job Description: |
Direct hire Senior Auditor with our customer in Berwyn, PA.
-Implement a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate risk and controllership.
-Lead teams of 2-4 Auditors in conducting financial, operational and compliance audits.
-Provide supervision and coaching of team members aimed at facilitating the completion of audits and developing the less experienced team members auditing skills.
-Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
-Identify and clearly define audit issues and root causes, recommend improvement of internal controls and business processes, and ensure corrective action plans are developed and implemented. Present these findings to Corporate.
-Review audit work papers and reports.
Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-6 years of related experience.
Must have CPA and experience working in a manufacturing industry along with Big 4 experience.
Travel is 65% of time both domestic and international.
